How do you build an event that customers love?
With lots of champagne and great content - but also with slick branding and great user experience.
I was responsible for helping to evolve the brand of CX Circle, having an input in all parts of design from physical assets to presentation design to concept creation and website design.
CX Circle has grown over the years, and I had the chance to take the reins in 2021 with a fun and playful style before our global brand alignment emerged.
Using scribble styles and bright colors, I wanted CX Circle to be just as fun as we designers and event creators saw it. This came in the form of a 'festival' style brand where every part from presentation to headshot oozed fun and excitement.
However, it was not only social assets - as I helped to wireframe the landing page for this and subsequent events, introducing new modules such as agendas or partner grids using my UI/UX knowledge.
In 2022/2023, CX CIrcle became aligned across all regions with a slick, professional and future-facing design style, prompted by our recent company rebrand. I assisted my manager in realising this brand, and enjoyed translating our nuances into all kinds of different forms.
The end result is a global brand that continues to deliver great events, and adapt to trends in the industry.
